Advokatfirmaet Thomas Klausen, and consequently Thomas Klausen, has taken out professional indemnity insurance and furnished a guarantee with the insurance company HDI Danmark (branch of HDI Global SE, Germany), Indiakaj 6, 1. sal, 2100 Kbh. Ø, Denmark, in accordance with the rules laid down by the Danish Bar and law Society. The professional indemnity insurance covers all legal services regardless of where they are rendered. Liability is limited to a defined maximum. Further details and criteria are spelled out in the law firm's Terms of Business. 

Among others it also follows from said Terms of Business, that any dispute with Thomas Klausen Law Firm is subject to Danish law and to the sole jurisdiction of the Danish courts. A copy of the Terms of Business is always provided upon request.

Thomas Klausen Law Firm is comprised by the Danish Bar and Law Society's supervisory and disciplinary system and section 126 of the Administration of Justice Act on best practice for lawyers as well as the Code of Conduct of the Danish Bar and Law Society.
